AI That Fits Your Business,
Not the Other Way Around

We help Singapore businesses find where AI genuinely helps — and just as readily acknowledge where it does not. Patient, considered work from a team that prefers a smaller thing that functions well over a larger thing that does not.

Why Organisations Choose Us

We are not in a hurry to sell you more than you need. Our value comes from honest appraisal and careful execution.

Honest Scope

We will tell you when AI is not the answer for a given process. That candour costs us a sale occasionally and earns lasting trust.

Written Deliverables

Every engagement produces a written record — specifications, handover notes, progress summaries — that your team can return to without relying on us.

Your Pace

We build around Singapore business rhythms — quarterly cycles, public holiday patterns, and the reality of limited staff bandwidth in growing teams.

Maintained, Not Abandoned

We prefer smaller, maintainable implementations. Complexity added for its own sake tends to become a liability within twelve months.

Staff at the Centre

AI tools that your colleagues do not understand or trust tend to be quietly abandoned. We include training as a standard part of any implementation work.

Governance First

Documentation, vendor agreements, and data handling are addressed from the outset — not as an afterthought when questions arise.

Is there a process worth a closer look?

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether an engagement would be worthwhile. There is no obligation to proceed after that.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you decide which processes are worth exploring?
We look for repetitive tasks with reasonably consistent inputs, processes where errors are costly and easy to introduce manually, and work that pulls skilled people away from judgement-intensive tasks. We also look at what your team is already comfortable with — adoption matters as much as technical feasibility.
What does "honest recommendations" actually mean in practice?
At the end of the Pattern Reading assessment, some processes will have a clear case for AI involvement, and we will say so plainly. Others will not, and we will say that plainly too. We have no interest in engineering a dependency, and the written report will reflect what we actually found.
How long does the Tile by Tile build typically take?
Most single-workflow builds take four to eight weeks from the specification sign-off to the start of the trial period. The trial itself runs for two to three weeks, and revisions are addressed within ten working days of the trial closing. The total timeline is usually around twelve weeks, though this varies by complexity.
What does the Mosaic Programme look like across a year?
The first quarter is typically spent on scoping and the initial build. Subsequent quarters address the remaining workflows, with staff training integrated as each piece goes live. The closing quarter focuses on governance documentation, vendor handover, and equipping internal stewards to manage the tools themselves. Monthly written notes keep leadership informed throughout.
Are the services priced per project or on retainer?
All three services are fixed-price per engagement. Pattern Reading is SGD 220, the Tile by Tile build is SGD 425, and the Mosaic Programme is SGD 780. There are no recurring fees embedded in the base price. Some organisations do choose to engage us for periodic reviews after completing a programme, but that is a separate and optional arrangement.
How do you handle our data and internal documents?
We operate under a confidentiality agreement before any internal materials are shared with us. Data handling practices, storage locations, and vendor access are all documented in the governance materials we produce as part of each engagement. We do not retain client data beyond the active engagement period.
