Our services are provided on a fixed-price basis as stated in our engagement documents. Scope changes must be agreed in writing before any additional work begins. We do not recognise verbal instructions as authorisation for out-of-scope work.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Nyonya Systems Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
