Three services, clearly scoped
From a careful first look at one business unit, through to a patient programme across multiple functions — each engagement is fixed-price and produces written documentation your team can keep.
← Back to HomeHow we work across all engagements
The scope and pace differ between services. The underlying method does not.
Understand first
We read process documentation, conduct interviews, and observe operations before making any recommendation.
Specify in writing
Every build begins with a written specification that the client reviews and amends before any development work starts.
Trial carefully
New systems are trialled with a selected group before wider rollout, with issues addressed before any handover begins.
Hand over completely
Handover documentation is written for your team, not for consultants. Internal stewards take operational responsibility.

Pattern Reading
AI Opportunity Assessment
A careful look across one or two of your business units to identify where AI might honestly add value — and where existing methods are already doing the job well. We conduct interviews, review process documentation provided by your team, and observe one or two operational shifts.
The deliverable is a short written report, organised by department, that distinguishes useful candidates from premature ones. We are prepared to recommend leaving things alone where that is the right answer. The report includes a written response to questions raised by your leadership.
- Stakeholder interviews and process document review
- One or two operational shift observations
- Written report organised by department
- Direct written response to leadership questions

Workflow Automation Build
We build, with you, a single automated workflow — supplier document processing, internal request routing, or scheduled report drafting. The work begins with a written specification you can review and amend, followed by a small build phase, a careful trial period, and a written handover.
We avoid bundling unnecessary capabilities and prefer to deliver a smaller piece that works well rather than a larger piece that is hard to maintain. Includes one round of revisions after the trial period concludes.
- Written specification reviewed and approved by client
- Supervised 2–3 week trial with selected colleagues
- One round of revisions post-trial, within 10 working days
- Written handover documentation for internal stewards

Mosaic Programme
Cross-Function Integration
A patient programme that brings AI thoughtfully into three or more interconnected workflows across two business functions. The pace is set to accommodate quarterly review cycles, holiday periods, and the practical realities of staff availability in Singapore-based teams.
Included are governance documentation, training for affected staff, vendor coordination, and gradual transfer of operational responsibility to internal stewards. Monthly written progress notes are prepared and shared with leadership, and the closing review documents both successes and items left for future consideration.
- Three or more workflows across two business functions
- Governance documentation and staff training included
- Monthly written progress notes to leadership
- Closing review with honest account of outcomes
Choosing the right service
Not every organisation needs to start with a full programme. Here is a direct comparison.

Standards applied across every service
Data confidentiality
A confidentiality agreement is signed before any internal documents are shared. We operate under Singapore's PDPA framework and do not retain client data beyond the active engagement.
Written scope control
Scope changes are documented in writing before any additional work begins. No work is undertaken on a verbal understanding alone.
Staff adoption measure
We consider an engagement successful when the people using the tools feel comfortable with them — not when the tools are deployed.
Singapore-aligned timelines
Schedules account for Singapore public holidays, common leave patterns, and financial year structures. We do not set timelines around our availability.
Maintainability standard
Every tool selection and integration decision is evaluated against the question: can your team maintain this in three years without our involvement?
Closing documentation
All engagements end with documentation written for your team, not for technical specialists. Internal stewards can manage the systems and explain them to new colleagues.
Pricing
Fixed fees per engagement. No recurring charges embedded in the base prices.
